Prologue

I sat on my chair staring blankly at the letter in my hands. I couldn't believe what I'd just read. I read through the whole thing at least thirteen times, but it didn't make any difference, each time I'd finished I just stared blankly. My whole surroundings at the time were a blur. Nothing mattered other than this letter. This one slightly off white, A4 piece of paper that was sitting neatly upon my thigh. This letter was gonna change the next four years of my life.
"Ayame? Is it bad? It doesn't matter if you didn't get in you know, the school you're in now is still good. Not to mention that you have good friends already." Someone

No okay, I am. I swear I've got a lot of things I'm meant to be doing, and yeah, I really need to work on this story I've been writing for like, ages.

It's Ryuu and Jaylee (I renamed her because I remembered how much I despise the name Josie) again!
This is for my One Shot I'm writing, based on how the two characters meet.
It's actually a really sad story, but as they say, no pain, no gain -soheartlessbro-
